Dr. Konstantin Bajohr was born in Berlin in 1978. He studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin and subsequently worked there as a research assistant. During this time, he conducted research on a topic in the field of criminal procedure and constitutional law, for which he received his doctorate.

Immediately after passing his legal clerkship examination in the district of the Berlin Court of Appeal in 2007, he was admitted to the bar as an attorney. Since then, Attorney Dr. Bajohr has worked in various law firms in Berlin specializing in labor and administrative law. In addition, he held a leadership position in the public service for several years.

Attorney Dr. Bajohr’s main focus is advising on labor law, which has been his primary interest since his studies. As a lawyer, he completed the specialist lawyer course in labor law and further qualified as a mediator and data protection officer. In addition to labor law, Attorney Dr. Bajohr advises on administrative, municipal, and restitution law. He speaks English, (Brazilian) Portuguese, and French, and has deepened his language skills particularly through work for law firms in Nashville (USA) and Brazil.

Attorney Dr. Bajohr is a member of the German Lawyers’ Association (Deutscher Anwaltverein e.V.), the Berlin Lawyers’ Association (Berliner Anwaltsverein e.V.), the German-Brazilian Lawyers’ Association (Deutsch-Brasilianische Juristenvereinigung e.V.), the German-American Lawyers’ Association (Deutsch-Amerikanische Juristenvereinigung e.V.), and the Tennessee Bar Association.
