Attorney Sascha Kugler, a partner at the law firm ZK² Rechtsanwälte Zimmermann Kaliner Kugler, was born in Berlin in 1976. After studying law at the University of Potsdam and completing his subsequent legal clerkship, he was admitted to the bar in Berlin in 2006. In the same year, Attorney Sascha Kugler successfully completed the specialist lawyer course for medical law.
Attorney Sascha Kugler advises established doctors and dentists as well as hospital and MVZ operators on all issues related to medical law. In the field of road traffic law, his focus is on fleet management for companies, from the purchase to the return of vehicles, and particularly on professional accident handling for companies.
Additionally, since 2018, Attorney Sascha Kugler has been a DEKRA-certified data protection specialist and serves as an external data protection officer for various companies. Since 2023, he has been a TÜV-certified Compliance Officer and acts as an external compliance officer advising companies in this capacity.
